Senior Product Designer

I own end-to-end design for enterprise reconciliation analytics, data lineage, risk-control automation, and compliance reporting products. My reconciliation reporting platform serves more than 800 business and operations users, consolidating fragmented data sources into real-time and historical reporting with 99.8% accuracy.

I designed a data-lineage tool that gives analysts upstream and downstream traceability across data feeds, supporting root-cause analysis and predictive delay alerts. I also delivered 14 end-to-end Master Controls Automation workflows and more than 20 dashboards across DCRM, RBCMs, Loans, and Consent Orders, including RBAC-driven multi-persona experiences.

I built and championed a departmental design system on top of Citi's enterprise system, covering components, design tokens, Figma variables, and Code Connect. I partner with React engineering teams on component-library delivery, collaborate with VP-level stakeholders on roadmap planning, mentor junior designers, and facilitate design critiques.

I led the design of DevConsole, a self-service B2B developer platform for the JioGlass XR ecosystem. The platform automated a 12-step operations workflow, supported more than 120 teams managing over 200 live applications, reduced app submission time by 50%, and shortened developer onboarding from 20 minutes to under five minutes.

I owned the full product-design lifecycle, including developer discovery, information architecture, Figma and ProtoPie prototyping, usability testing, and engineering handoff. I delivered the product in four months in partnership with product management, engineering leadership, and developer relations.

I also designed JioGlass spatial UI and input systems, validating 3D controller interaction patterns through quantitative thumb-zone heatmap studies. I contributed to a developer-facing design system and documentation suite for third-party XR app development.

I led cross-functional teams of developers, 3D artists, and UX designers to deliver interactive XR products for enterprise clients in retail, entertainment, and real estate.

I designed and shipped more than 15 B2B and consumer interactive products over five years. I established studio-wide design processes, component libraries, and client presentation frameworks used across engagements.

I helped establish spatial and interactive design standards, expanding the studio from 3D visualization into full UX and product design while supporting repeat enterprise client relationships.
