I am a junior network and security professional based in Douala, Cameroon, with academic training in network and telecommunications, network security, and computer network system maintenance.
I have practical internship experience developing a security plan, simulating secured networks, and configuring firewall rules using pfSense. I am interested in protecting network infrastructure and implementing reliable security controls.
My technical background includes LAN setup, Ethernet cabling, subnetting, device configuration, network administration, fiber-optic and wireless connectivity, and Cisco device fundamentals.
I also have programming exposure in Linux scripting, Linux programming, beginner-level Python, and intermediate-level web programming. I am currently working on a web-based network monitoring application with AI-based systems.
I bring communication and leadership skills alongside a strong interest in continuous learning. I attended the third edition of the CodeConnect conference in Douala and am seeking opportunities to develop my career in networking, cybersecurity, and systems administration.
