I led the investor-facing product roadmap supporting a $6M funding round, communicating milestones, adoption signals, and risk mitigations. I also launched automation that reduced recruiter follow-ups by about 40% and saved approximately eight recruiter hours per week, while AI-assisted screening and reporting reduced manual effort by about 70% and tripled feedback response rates.

I led the development of a cloud-based PLM platform for the B2B semiconductor industry, addressing fragmented product data, product obsolescence, and slow customer communication turnaround times.

I implemented automated customer communication workflows that reduced email traffic by 80% and saved executives approximately four hours per week. I also delivered full tracking and task-assignment efficiency for support phase-change announcements and customer acknowledgments, while creating user-centered UI/UX through requirements gathering, wireframes, mock-ups, UATs, and design collaboration.
