I am a Navy veteran with six years of experience troubleshooting and supporting mission-critical networks, servers, and workstations supporting the Aegis Combat System. I worked tickets through resolution, monitored network health, maintained user access, reimaged systems, and documented procedures for operational teams.
I have hands-on experience across Cisco networking, Unix, Linux, Windows, Windows Server, macOS, and network troubleshooting. As a work center supervisor, I led daily operations and trained approximately 30 sailors, strengthening my technical leadership, documentation, and mentoring skills.
After military service, I founded CryptoGenie, a Bitcoin and Lightning payments platform for independent merchants. I independently designed and built its React frontend, Node.js backend, invoice and receipt workflows, and payment integrations.
