Senior IT Engineer

I am an experienced Senior IT Engineer with a strong track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance IT infrastructure. I focus on improving operational resilience, reducing downtime, and delivering practical technology solutions that support business goals.

I have extensive experience administering Microsoft-based environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Entra, Hyper-V, Power Automate, and Power Apps. I also work with cloud-based PaaS and SaaS solutions and maintain core servers and IT systems.

I am skilled in network administration, cybersecurity, technical support, process automation, and systems integration. My work has included rebuilding a complete network infrastructure, relocating infrastructure to a new warehouse with zero downtime, and improving IT stability and performance.
