I calculate shipping costs, process customer orders, and provide clear pricing and service information. I help customers with packing, shipping, printing, copying, document finishing, shredding, mailbox rentals, and notary services.

I support daily store operations through opening and closing procedures, inventory management, stocking, cleaning, and maintaining organized displays. I also witness and certify signatures on legal documents and continue training to improve product knowledge and customer service.

I managed daily pawn and retail business operations, including customer transactions, loan and pawn evaluations, resale purchasing decisions, inventory processing, and cash controls. I ensured operational decisions were fair for customers while supporting business profitability.

I processed expired and forfeited pawns for in-store and online resale. I created and managed an eBay store that expanded market reach and increased annual eBay sales from approximately $5,000 in 2014 to an average of $70,000 to $90,000 by 2023.

I researched and resolved participant online-access issues reported through Institutional Retirement and Trust and enterprise business partners. I partnered with business and technology groups to reduce security risks and avoid negative participant experiences.

I compiled, analyzed, and interpreted data across multiple systems to support accurate synchronization. I used Excel macros and VLOOKUPs for reporting, used Microsoft Access to retrieve report data, served as a liaison for enterprise EACO tickets, and documented procedures.

I evaluated ERP data warehouse ingestion and confirmed that required ERP data was available for conversion activities. I interpreted ERP data values, supported data mapping, and mapped current ERP customer types to Oracle industries.

I validated transformed warehouse data, identified transaction-reduction needs such as open work orders, and supported ERP data cleanup. I created Excel reports using macros and VLOOKUPs, retrieved data with Microsoft Access, and wrote SQL Server queries for business reporting needs.

I served as the primary contact for EDI invoices and helped ensure the Prophet 21 ERP system was configured to prevent invoice errors. I supported accurate data management and client setup activities.

I created and maintained process documentation for the Data Management team. I also set up new items and vendors for clients while ensuring documentation remained current and usable.

I was the lead contact for a SCO Unix-based ERP system supporting more than 1,100 users across the company. I supported ERP efficiency and security, tested installations and upgrades, addressed business needs, and maintained strong relationships with business groups.

I gathered data from Hyperion Brio, the data warehouse, and the ERP system to produce reports using Excel formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and macros. I also gathered requirements, performed user acceptance testing, created design documentation, ran monthly help-ticket metrics, improved business processes, and documented procedures for the ERP support wiki.

I deploy and manage a Proxmox VE environment hosting virtual machines and Linux containers for isolated services. I manage self-hosted Docker services through Portainer and maintain automated SSL/TLS certificate monitoring and renewal workflows.

I architected a Ubiquiti UniFi network with custom VLANs for IoT segmentation and secure VPN remote access. I administer a Synology NAS for centralized storage, RAID redundancy, and automated off-site backups.
