I am a Junior Front-End Developer based in Bucharest, Romania, with hands-on experience building web and mobile applications using React, JavaScript, React Native, Expo, and Firebase.
I built ShelfGuard, a private mobile SaaS application for product-expiration tracking. I took the project from identifying a real merchandising workflow problem and planning the UX through implementation, debugging, testing, authentication, product management, notifications, and subscription logic.
I am comfortable with component-based development, responsive interfaces, CRUD operations, REST API fundamentals, authentication, and content management systems. I use Git, GitHub, VS Code, Figma, and GitHub Copilot in my development workflow.
My background in merchandising, retail, sales, and customer communication helps me understand operational needs and build practical user-focused products. I have experience managing stock-related workflows, coordinating with store teams, and working independently in fast-paced environments.
I also have freelance video production experience, including filming, editing, motion graphics, color grading, subtitles, and thumbnail design. I am actively seeking a remote junior front-end developer role where I can contribute, learn, and grow.
