Architected an enterprise Disaster Recovery Center framework using Terraform infrastructure as code, with failover capabilities for university-wide systems. Automated the migration of critical VPS workloads into the DRC environment while minimizing maintenance windows and service disruption.

Led cloud-native modernization of the student registration platform from a legacy monolith to an 8-node RKE2 Kubernetes cluster, supporting 4,500 simultaneous logins without registration outages. Built centralized Zabbix, Prometheus, and Grafana observability for more than 407 VPS instances and 27 Proxmox VE servers, while leading incident response, on-call operations, post-mortems, and root-cause analysis.

Built private-cloud and hybrid infrastructure platforms using Proxmox VE, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible. Strengthened automation, availability, and disaster recovery capabilities for university infrastructure.

Designed reusable Terraform modules with remote state management and environment isolation, reducing environment provisioning from four hours of manual work to a 15-minute code-driven pipeline. Performed Linux kernel hardening, security auditing, and internal threat-hunting activities aligned with SNI ISO/IEC 27001 standards.

Architected and deployed a highly available multi-node MinIO object storage cluster on VPS infrastructure integrated with CephFS. The storage platform supported 18,000 or more simulated users through resilient distributed storage design.

Executed an emergency recovery and data relocation initiative after a third-party LMS update failure, migrating 16 TB of production data with zero data loss. Managed IP allocation and network documentation for 1,579 IPv4 addresses, more than 150 subnets, and six VLANs using phpIPAM.

Designed university-wide resource allocation strategies for physical Proxmox VE server fleets, optimizing CPU, memory, storage, and host capacity to prevent compute overhead.

Created automated backup engines using shell scripting, rsync, and cron to protect data across TrueNAS, QNAP, and dual OVM environments. Established local high-availability and failover configurations for academic web services and internal support systems.

Developed and maintained modules for an enterprise university academic management system using PHP, Yii2, and Oracle Database. Built data extraction and reporting pipelines for mandatory institutional and ministry compliance reporting.

Performed self-QA testing, SQL optimization, and data validation scripting to maintain data consistency and prevent anomalies in regulatory data transmissions.
