AI Automation Engineer

I was selected as a technical partner to build a scalable AI Guest Assistant platform for hotels and vacation rentals. I developed a master AI booking agent in n8n for WhatsApp, Viber, and Telegram using GPT-4o, conversation memory, live room availability, automated booking IDs, and Vision AI payment-receipt verification.

I delivered the production template in under 24 hours and continue to handle maintenance and client deployments. I also built ELARA, a multilingual WhatsApp spa concierge supporting booking, rescheduling, cancellation, stay-date validation, session capacity control, and overbooking prevention.

I designed and deployed more than 15 automation systems, including AI customer-support agents, appointment-booking engines, invoicing systems, and lead pipelines. I integrated OpenAI, Gemini, Groq, and Claude with HubSpot, Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets.

I configured GoHighLevel CRM, sales pipelines, and marketing funnels for clients. I also built a clinic engagement system with email, SMS, and WhatsApp reminders that saved more than 12 staff hours weekly, plus an automated branded-invoice workflow that achieved zero late invoices over five months.

I built an n8n workflow for an Australian marketing agency that detects inbound customer MMS messages on a Twilio number. The automation forwards each media message to email while preserving attachments.

The project was delivered remotely through Upwork with a 5.0 client rating and feedback recognizing the fast turnaround.

I led operations for Double-A Services Limited, a registered Nigerian limited company with RC 1939120. My responsibilities included operational evaluation and business systems planning.

I assessed and integrated fintech platforms including Nomba, Providus, and OPay. This work involved reviewing API capabilities, transfer limits, and fee structures for high-volume payment workflows.
