Product Design Lead

I lead a team of 16 across development, UX/UI design, QA, and DevOps in Argentina. I oversee the end-to-end design and delivery of native digital wallets, from initial sketches through release on Google Play and the App Store.

I define product and technology strategy, product roadmaps, and productivity and quality KPIs aligned with business goals. Together with the technical lead, I translate the owner's vision into clear tasks for teams working with Scrum and Kanban.

I introduce AI agents and automation tools to optimize processes, improve delivery quality, and reduce time to market.

I managed digital projects end-to-end using Scrum and Design Thinking. I coordinated a seven-person team covering frontend, backend, QA, DevOps, and project management.

I managed communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of high-value digital solutions. I also improved the operational efficiency of design, development, and QA teams through structured delivery processes.

I worked remotely and directly with the owner to design and develop a strategic landing page. The project strengthened the company's visual identity and digital presence.

I customized a Bootstrap-based system to improve the scalability of the digital product.

I led international projects remotely for a team of 10 professionals across design, development, and video. I applied a user-centered design approach to improve digital product experiences.
