Supply Chain Management Supervisor

I supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and storage processes, ensuring activities comply with standard operating procedures. I lead the warehouse team through daily briefings, task allocation, and productivity monitoring while maintaining warehouse layout, cleanliness, and accessibility.

I monitor inventory accuracy through stock opname and cycle counts, oversee product quality and condition, and enforce FIFO and FEFO processes. I coordinate with administration, transportation, sales, demand planning, and finance teams; manage delivery schedules and routing across West Java; prepare operational reports; and resolve issues such as stock discrepancies, loading delays, and product complaints.

I handled the receiving and distribution of medical and non-medical products for an aesthetic clinic network. I prepared delivery schedules for approximately 30 clinics across Jabodetabek and other cities, while coordinating product collection and invoice payments with logistics vendors.

I performed forecasting analysis and reviews, processed inbound and outbound inventory transfers in Omnicare and Oracle NetSuite, and monitored inventory availability. I also conducted stock opname for medical and non-medical goods, including quantity and value reconciliation in Indonesian rupiah, and investigated positive and negative inventory variances.

I monitored delivery plans for product distribution to outlets and entered shipment information using SAP. I coordinated with the logistics team to ensure delivery schedules were aligned with operational requirements.

I checked incoming goods through inbound and receiving processes and conducted monthly stock opname activities. My work supported inventory accuracy and timely distribution for the outlet network.

I prepared PIB and PEB documentation and ensured that import shipment information, including product descriptions, quantities, values, and countries of origin, was accurately recorded.

I assisted the export-import team with customs administration processes and verified imported goods arrivals against existing shipment documents. This internship provided practical exposure to import documentation and customs-related logistics operations.
