Joined a from-scratch rebuild of a creator admin panel for a video marketplace with 30M+ monthly visits. Acted as frontend owner in a roughly 20-person product squad, designing frontend foundations and delivering features from idea through release.

Designed an API-layer builder, reusable TanStack Query hooks, and a unified table system adopted team-wide. Built video editing, creator compliance, content management, Google One Tap sign-in, analytics, Datadog monitoring, and dashboard features. Improved upload-and-edit time by 40%, increased Lighthouse performance from 62 to 81 and accessibility from 82 to 92, and contributed 76 of 278 project test files. Also introduced tooling-governed AI-assisted development workflows and stood in for the team lead.

Worked on a talent-management SaaS platform used by more than 20,000 employees across European companies. Delivered product features from Figma designs, extended the Storybook component library, added multilingual support, and integrated Matomo analytics.

Reworked a neglected Flow and ESLint setup, eliminating approximately 6,000 of 11,000 errors and improving readiness for a TypeScript migration. Built the frontend for a Slack integration in collaboration with the backend team lead, supported Cypress QA automation, and initiated regular frontend team syncs.

Worked across up to three parallel client projects in small cross-functional teams, handling estimation through delivery. Built logistics TMS portals, procurement and tender systems, a clinic website with a personal-account portal, and functionality for an AI-powered wind-turbine inspection platform.
