I am an Application Support Engineer and full-stack developer with a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence. I work at the intersection of business and IT, translating operational needs into scalable software solutions.
I lead the development and technical architecture of internal Django platforms for HR, finance, supply chain, contract management, and reimbursement workflows. My work includes designing role-based access controls, integrating biometric attendance systems, and replacing manual processes with reliable digital tools.
I have experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation initiatives, facilitating discovery sessions across business departments, documenting verified processes, and coordinating with implementation partners and stakeholders. I am comfortable gathering requirements, writing functional specifications, supporting UAT, and managing cross-functional communication.
I also work with data, BI, and applied AI. I have built Power BI and Minitab dashboards, supported data pipelines and Snowflake adoption, developed a hybrid rule-based and generative AI chatbot, and completed machine-learning image-processing research for breast cancer tissue diagnostics.
Security and governance are important parts of my work. I independently developed a Python-based Windows DLP agent for financial-data classification and established SharePoint document archiving practices with taxonomy, permissions, and naming conventions.
I bring strong technical communication, initiative, and multicultural collaboration skills. I am fluent in Arabic and English, have intermediate French proficiency, and continue developing my expertise in MLOps, applied NLP, and multi-agent AI systems.
