I remotely support an Australian Umbraco agency serving large businesses and government agencies, including projects associated with the Australian Tax Office, Kmart, and the New South Wales Government.

I maintain and upgrade complex production systems across .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Next.js, React, Vue.js, Entity Framework, and ASP.NET Web API. I manage client expectations, maintain Azure DevOps pipelines and integrations, and work with Azure Functions, Application Insights, App Services, Event Hub, and Microsoft Entra ID.

I also contribute AI integrations and maintain a strong focus on secure development practices, code quality, and dependable delivery.

I joined initially to troubleshoot complex JavaScript issues and progressed into a major development and technical leadership role. I designed, architected, developed, and implemented a large-scale big-data software platform.

I facilitate the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through production releases. I established the DevOps environment and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Git workflows, and I manage an international development team by assigning work, reviewing code, and maintaining delivery momentum.

I implemented frontend and backend unit testing with Jest and Vitest, contributed to an AI chatbot connected to live customer data, led secure development practices, and delivered SharePoint integrations for additional client projects.

I worked in a part-time contract role supporting the development of the company website. This role gave me early hands-on experience with frontend technologies including Vue.js and Nuxt.js.

I used Figma design mocks to build performant, visually appealing, and accessible web experiences. I also assisted with development work on Java-based API microservices.

I developed and led the modernization of the company’s in-house desktop ERP system, built with C#, .NET, WinForms, WPF, SQL Server, RabbitMQ, DevExpress, and PowerShell. The ERP platform supported sales, quotations, jobs, factory operations, accounts, reporting, and more than 300 staff across multiple regions.

I migrated the application from .NET 4.0 to .NET 4.8 and from VB.NET to C#, ultimately leading a full system rewrite as business requirements evolved. I handled architecture, development, testing, database design, UI planning, requirements coordination, and delivery management.

I led a small team, introduced Git workflows and code review processes, optimized SQL Server performance and queries, consolidated multiple databases, and supported SharePoint, Atlassian, Power Automate, and Power Apps integrations.

I provide ongoing part-time development support for a manufacturing client, typically on an as-needed basis. I migrated its original desktop ERP system from .NET Framework 4.0 to .NET 4.8 and from VB.NET to C#.

I integrated the system with factory machinery and accounting software through data exports in multiple text formats. In 2020, I migrated the desktop application to a cloud-based system by designing and implementing an ASP.NET Web API and Vue.js frontend, as well as the data migration process.

I later expanded the platform with end-to-end API unit testing and an Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline integrated with Azure hosting. Security has remained a central design consideration throughout the work.

I worked part-time on web administration, marketing, public relations, and digital content for an Australian behavioural specialist centre. I managed content and investigated plugin issues for a Drupal 6 website before supporting its migration to WordPress.

I managed SEO and website performance, created flyers, workshop handouts, and newsletters, and supported social media publishing. I also redesigned and rebuilt an iPhone application using Xamarin.

I helped manage servers hosting a global cloud-based healthcare platform in the United States and Europe. The platform captured and managed patient data from CPAP devices.

I worked with data privacy compliance requirements, maintained large production websites on IIS, and optimized, maintained, and updated multiple SQL Server instances. I also collaborated closely with development teams as part of the release and deployment function.

I researched, designed, developed, and maintained a seed-counting application for an agricultural seed manufacturer. The solution used image-recognition technology to accurately count seeds in real time.

This was my first software project fully released into a production environment, giving me practical experience in delivering a complete application from concept through operational use.

I supported the general operations of the council IT department. My responsibilities included upgrading computers from Windows XP to Windows 7 and providing Level 1 helpdesk support.

I also maintained the organization’s internal SharePoint site by updating content and adding new features.
