I am a founder, executive, and technology leader with 20 years of experience building and operating regulated, safety-critical digital platforms for vulnerable people. I founded and led Ireland’s largest private mental health service while serving as its chief executive and technical architect.
I have owned end-to-end business and technology outcomes, including full P&L responsibility, fundraising, public-sector contracts, governance, service delivery, and technical strategy. I have led organisations of more than 200 staff and built technology and operations teams across in-house and offshore delivery models.
I architect and ship cloud-native, AI-first products hands-on. My experience includes Azure microservices, C#/.NET, React, PostgreSQL, event-driven systems, secure health-data platforms, LLM workflows, RAG systems, voice AI, and production agentic systems.

I have delivered GDPR-compliant platforms, information-security controls, clinical-safety processes, safeguarding controls, risk management, and public-sector audit readiness while maintaining high-availability live services.
