I am an entry-level IT Support Technician and business owner with hands-on experience supporting desktop hardware, software, peripherals, and end users. I focus on diagnosing issues efficiently, communicating clearly, and minimizing technology downtime.
I manage the full service lifecycle for custom computer clients, from technical consultations and requirements gathering through component sourcing, system assembly, repair, and follow-up support. I have built more than 45 custom PC configurations tailored to customer budgets and performance needs.
In my technical support role at Oswego East High School, I troubleshoot Windows laptops, Chromebooks, and classroom peripherals across more than 100 devices. I resolve over 25 support tickets each week using Incident IQ while maintaining detailed resolution and asset records.
I enjoy helping non-technical users understand their devices through remote assistance, phone and email support, setup guidance, and preventative maintenance recommendations. I also provide peer training on troubleshooting processes and diagnostic methods.
I maintain a personal networking and virtualization lab where I work with Tailscale VPN, Docker containers, virtual machines, NAS storage, IP networking, and firewall rules. I am continuing to develop my IT knowledge through high school coursework in computer science, information technology, electronics, and networking.
