Engineering Manager

I lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team of 12 members, driving sprint execution, technical quality, delivery planning, recruitment, performance management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication. I guide product discovery through product vision, scope definition, problem statements, strategic objectives, epics, features, and roadmap planning using Jira and Confluence.

I architect and develop Python-based healthcare applications using Django, FastAPI, REST APIs, microservices, Azure, Cosmos DB, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git. I designed a patient life expectancy prediction platform and AI-powered conversational experiences using OpenAI LLMs, prompt engineering, React, and enterprise integrations with Epic Systems and REDCap.

I analyzed functional and architecture requirements for B2B data migration initiatives on Oracle Cloud. I mapped integration recipes and data flows involving QuickBooks, Stripe, Oracle Sales ERP, and NetSuite.

I defined team responsibilities and delivery plans using Agile practices, Jira, and Confluence. I led stakeholder reviews, requirements clarification, release planning, documentation, version control, incident management, and release management.

I contributed to product delivery with Python and JavaScript libraries, as well as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform-based deployment and cloud resource provisioning.
