I am a motivated Information Technology professional and final-year Diploma in Information Technology student with practical experience in IT support, Android development, data analytics, networking, and digital marketing. I am seeking an entry-level role where I can contribute technical skills while continuing to grow professionally.
I have hands-on experience supporting users with hardware, software, printer, operating system, and connectivity issues. During my industrial attachment, I helped maintain workstations, support office networking, document procedures, manage records, and assist with backup and cybersecurity practices.
I develop Android applications using Java, Android Studio, and XML. I built a mobile application for reporting and tracking missing examination marks, taking it through requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
