Software Engineer

I develop and maintain core modules for SuiteBook, a hotel management system. My work covers room booking, guest management, IC card activation, account settlement and unsettlement, kiosk payments, and QR payment workflows.

I design RESTful APIs for frontend and third-party integrations and build responsive React.js user interfaces. I also implement payment and refund logic, including negative payment records for refunds.

I investigate production issues related to receipt splitting, kiosk payments, reservation and account allocation, settlement states, and site-controller mapping. I collaborate with product managers, SQA, and engineering teams to deliver stable solutions.

I developed backend APIs for the Land Map property platform, supporting property listing, buying, selling, and renting workflows. I used PHP, Laravel, and Apiato to improve application scalability and maintainability.

I designed database structures and transaction workflows for business operations. I also built backend services for the Minami Dictionary Khmer-Japanese language-learning application and optimized search and data retrieval performance.

I contributed to the TM Matching System, an internal tool that automated business matching processes and improved workflow efficiency through backend logic.

I worked on an Odoo renovation project, migrating an ERP system to a newer Odoo version.

I helped maintain data integrity and system continuity throughout the migration process.

I developed backend functionality for a resort booking system covering accommodation and activity reservations.

I improved reservation workflows to support more efficient booking operations.

I built a QR-based mobile room-access and check-in/check-out solution for the resort.

The system was designed to reduce manual operational processes and improve the guest check-in experience.
