I spent 10 years architecting, building, and scaling mission-critical restaurant management platforms, cloud analytics, POS systems, and delivery operations for the HoReCa industry. I created a cloud analytics platform with on-premise data synchronization, custom ETL solutions, internal data tools, and SaaS integrations.

I modernized a Windows-based desktop POS application into a web solution, built an Android POS application for small establishments, and developed a cloud food-delivery platform with payment, client, and courier integrations. I also worked with stakeholders to improve support and operational processes.
