I lead product strategy and development for PM3, an enterprise project portfolio management product used by public- and private-sector organisations. I set the roadmap and vision for PM3 Cloud and PM3Time, prioritising work through customer workshops, stakeholder interviews, support insight, discovery calls, and market analysis.

I led the PM3 UI redesign with UX and engineering using Claude Design, validating workflows against WCAG standards. I also lead PM3 AI initiatives using Copilot and MindsDB, including a natural-language assistant for project data and planned AI-assisted record creation, editing, and cost and budget analysis. I work on API requirements, Azure DevOps and Zendesk integration, automated CI/CD rollout, and major Gantt functionality.

I was responsible for delivery of PM3 and PM3Time, cloud products for managing time, cost, and expenses. I coordinated product, development, and test teams to deliver improvements aligned with business goals.

I worked with stakeholders and developers to finalise system architecture and product requirements. I introduced structured defect management, automated C# and Cucumber testing within sprints, and regression suites linked to requirements. I also used Claude Code in VS Code to evaluate code performance and discuss technical trade-offs with developers.

I managed features for ClariNet, a SaaS platform supporting policy valuation, portfolio management, risk analysis, trading, servicing, reporting, and financial modelling for life insurance and longevity-linked assets. I owned discovery activities using customer issues, operational problems, and usage feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

I led prioritisation discussions based on customer impact, quality, technical risk, and delivery feasibility. I collaborated with Product Owners and engineering on backlog refinement, sprint planning, releases, and acceptance criteria, while establishing quality metrics and reporting to improve release confidence and customer satisfaction.

I was Product Manager for HealthRoster and BankStaff, workforce management and staff rostering products originally developed by Allocate Software for healthcare organisations. I worked with senior product managers on enhancements across both products, translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.

I coordinated feature validation, release readiness, and stakeholder feedback to support roadmap delivery. I analysed customer workflows and operational processes to identify usability improvements, participated in Agile ceremonies and release planning, and used automation and quality data to reduce defects and improve customer experience. I received an Innovation Award at Allocate Software for automation and quality improvements.

I worked on billing and payment projects for Yell and Three Mobile, supporting the delivery and quality of customer-facing telecom and enterprise systems. I led testing activities across complex systems and collaborated with project teams to validate requirements, resolve defects, and support releases.

I managed sprint testing, test execution, and defect resolution across teams to improve delivery quality and reduce release risk. I also contributed to test planning and quality assurance, working with technical teams to identify issues and ensure solutions met requirements.

I led performance testing for British Gas Centrica as a contract consultant. I managed the work from requirements gathering and test strategy through execution and reporting.

I used LoadRunner and coordinated an offshore team to deliver performance-testing activities for the engagement.

I worked on enterprise SAP-based web and mobile applications, contributing to functional testing and test automation. This role developed my technical and quality engineering foundation.

I also participated in a database migration project from VSAM to DB2, gaining experience with enterprise data migration and legacy-system transformation.
