Technical Product Manager

I deliver custom software engineering, relational database design, and workflow automation services for client businesses. I also work as a contract product manager, guiding technical roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and organizing software releases.

I have built and launched native mobile and web applications including Circle Habits, Metch.app, and ATLASwithin using AI-assisted prototyping workflows. I directed the end-to-end design, manufacturing, and launch of Crocodoh, an internal educational STEM hardware project, and completed the DigitalDen accelerator before winning the Maine Center for Entrepreneurs pitch competition in May 2025.

I led performance marketing initiatives for iGaming clients, developing acquisition, engagement, and revenue-growth strategies. I directed user-journey initiatives and retention strategies, including tailored VIP programs designed to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.

I implemented advanced tracking and attribution methods to optimize campaign ROI and player lifetime value. I managed affiliate programs through myAffiliate, negotiated commission structures, and ran multi-channel PPC, SEM, display, affiliate, and programmatic advertising campaigns.

I designed and executed paid search campaigns to increase website traffic and conversions. I managed native advertising initiatives using Taboola and AdRoll, conducted market research, and developed targeting and advertising strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.

I conducted A/B testing and ongoing campaign optimization based on analytics and KPI performance. I also implemented and managed marketing automation platforms to improve lead generation and customer engagement.

I managed a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and production staff to deliver a high-quality robotics product. I led development from concept to launch, covering market research, product design, prototyping, testing, production, and coordination with government agencies for incentives.

I managed 3D-printed prototypes and ensured designs met functionality, reliability, and cost requirements. I also directed embedded software development, executed e-commerce marketing strategy, and oversaw paid search, social media, native advertising, and email marketing campaigns.

Served as Head of the IEEE Community for two years and Head of the Robotics Community for two years.

Completed remote courses in Marketing Management, Brand Management, Creativity in Advertising, Digital Content Marketing, and Consumer Behavior.
