Entry-Level Community Support Agent

I am a motivated and adaptable entry-level professional with a National Senior Certificate (Matric) and workplace development training through the Intersect Human Potential New Employee Development Programme.

I have experience working as a General Agent in a remote-work environment and as a Community Support Agent. I am comfortable supporting people, communicating clearly, collaborating with teams, and maintaining professional standards.

I have developed skills in customer service, problem-solving, teamwork, remote work, and virtual workspace practices. I am committed to delivering helpful support and contributing positively to team and community-focused work.

I have completed training in workplace health and safety, growth mindset, AI and creativity awareness, eCommerce design best practices, digital awareness, digital safety, and online collaboration.

I am eager to continue learning, build practical experience, and grow in a customer support, community support, or general agent role. I bring a positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
