I lead data strategy, analytics, and decision intelligence delivery across regulated and multinational environments. I translate business priorities into governed reporting, data products, performance frameworks, analytics operating models, and executive decision support.

I design executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, reporting architecture, and data governance practices. Across engagements, I have automated reporting processes and delivered up to a 60% reduction in manual reporting cycles through automation and Power BI optimization.

For ABSA, I lead enterprise productivity and performance intelligence across CIB, FCSO, PPB, and Strategic Change. I modernized reporting using PostgreSQL materialized views, aggregated reporting layers, indexing, and controlled refresh processes, while delivering research disclosure, product portfolio, and executive reporting solutions.

I am also delivering an executive-sponsored Finance portfolio solution using Power Apps to manage software and application contracts, with Copilot included in the phased MVP roadmap for AI-enabled workflows.

I owned the internal business intelligence capability across data warehousing, ETL, dimensional modeling, KPI definition, SSAS, and enterprise Power BI reporting.

I created Power BI and SSAS reporting solutions that reduced report generation time by 40%, improving the timeliness of cross-divisional business insight.

I led client-facing BI and analytics delivery across mining and industrial environments, including work for Royal Bafokeng Platinum, Anglo American/Thungela, Sasol, and other clients. My delivery covered HR, housing, shift, downtime, and operational performance data.

I integrated SAP ERP and other data sources through Azure Data Factory and Azure analytics services. I used KQL, T-SQL, Power BI, and Power Apps while coordinating delivery across business stakeholders, technical teams, and client leadership.

I progressed through BI analyst, consultant, and project leadership roles across financial services, telecommunications, mining, credit bureaus, logistics, public-sector, and professional-services organizations. I built enterprise capability in SQL development, ETL, data warehousing, data quality, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, Oracle, PL/SQL, SAS, and stakeholder-facing BI delivery.

I delivered engagements for organizations including Cell C, the South African Reserve Bank, Resolve Solution Partners clients, TransUnion, and EOH clients. My work included data-to-market analytics, audit analytics dashboards, SQL-to-Oracle migration, reporting optimization, BI frameworks, technology design, and leading teams of five or more.
