Lead the end-to-end redesign of the company's B2B digital platform, analysing customer journeys, content structure, and stakeholder requirements to identify friction points and opportunities for simplification. Restructured the information architecture and product taxonomy, consolidating nearly 300 duplicated products into approximately 60 optimised product pages.

Designed responsive user flows, interfaces, and reusable UI components in Figma for homepage, category, product, landing, and quote-request experiences. Built custom front-end solutions using PrestaShop, Creative Elements, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; defined scalable CMS patterns; and collaborated with business, content, SEO, and technical stakeholders.

Led the Be Your Packer e-commerce redesign, creating a refreshed visual identity and a more intuitive B2C shopping experience. Designed responsive pages, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and reusable components, then implemented the experience in PrestaShop and Creative Elements for desktop and mobile.

Contributed to responsive digital experiences for a jewellery e-commerce brand, translating marketing requirements into cohesive web, email, campaign, and retail touchpoints. Designed and built responsive Elementor landing pages for product launches and marketing campaigns.

Created high-fidelity web layouts, email newsletters, digital and print product catalogues, and in-store marketing materials. Collaborated with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand experience across web, email, social media, and print.

Supported visual communication and digital marketing activities for a wellness brand, helping maintain brand consistency across social media, editorial content, and promotional materials.

Developed visual assets, social media posts, carousels, and short-form video content for marketing campaigns. Created editorial materials for courses, workshops, and events, produced Meta campaign assets, and worked directly with the client to maintain a cohesive visual identity across channels.
