Led product design for a complex fintech investment research platform, transforming large volumes of investor, fund, and stock data into clear workflows for research, monitoring, and decision-making.

Shaped product architecture for dashboards, screeners, alerts, investor discovery, fund tracking, and activity history. Created scalable patterns for filtering, comparison, alerts, tables, saved views, and data visualization while partnering with product and engineering to resolve edge cases and usability gaps.

Led product design across 12 internal applications within an enterprise healthcare clinical-data platform serving pharmaceutical clients. Improved usability and consistency across complex regulated workflows and helped establish a shared design system.

Redesigned dashboards, study-data visualizations, and cross-application navigation. Designed AI chatbot flows, optimized study setup using reusable templates, and created workflows for data quality, issue management, metadata, and rules management in collaboration with business analysts, product managers, and engineers.

Led the end-to-end redesign of an edtech learning platform for dentists, including the website, student dashboard, checkout, course experience, tests, and administration panel.

Optimized purchasing, subscriptions, navigation, information architecture, and course discovery to reduce support inquiries and increase subscription sales. Supported a platform merger that retained learner progress while preserving both brands, using research, helpdesk insights, and stakeholder input.

Owned end-to-end design for a password management application and browser extension, from research through delivery.
