Software Engineer

I work remotely as a freelance software engineer for clients in Tunisia and the United Kingdom, delivering end-to-end web platforms from technical architecture and implementation to deployment. My projects focus on digitizing operations, improving performance, and creating maintainable production systems.

For a hospitality client, I built a centralized customer feedback platform for more than 50 hotel locations, automating document handling, validation, transcription, reporting, analytics, and PDF generation. I also delivered the TuniCure healthcare platform and the Jadever e-commerce platform, implementing secure payments, invoicing, patient and inventory workflows, responsive interfaces, SEO improvements, database optimization, and streamlined deployment processes.

I built and maintained more than 50 production web applications for 14 enterprise clients across multiple brands and business domains. I delivered executive dashboards processing over 10,000 daily visitor events and providing real-time visibility into acquisition, revenue, customer activity, and business KPIs.

I consolidated analytics, revenue tracking, operational data, and infrastructure monitoring into unified business platforms. I introduced reusable modules and standardized development practices, improved server lifecycle reliability through automated monitoring and alerts, and collaborated with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver secure, responsive software.

I led the delivery of a mobile accident reporting solution that replaced a paper-based workflow with a digital platform for incident reporting and case management. I worked directly with business stakeholders from requirements gathering through production deployment.

I designed the backend architecture and REST APIs that supported real-time synchronization between mobile clients and backend services. I also implemented secure client-server communication and authentication to ensure reliable data synchronization and consistency.
