AI Engineer

I serve as the lead Generative AI Engineer for an enterprise employee-reallocation tool used by more than 300 people daily. The platform optimizes workforce allocation across departments and has saved Kroger more than $83,000 in costs.

I developed React 19 visual budgeting functionality for monitoring the real-time financial impact of department changes, including JWT authentication and an AI agent. I also built a bulk Excel import system with Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL for automated employee-profile updates, addressed dependency security vulnerabilities, and designed advanced search and dynamic clustering capabilities for workforce data.

I led the architecture and full redesign of a JavaScript notification system, reducing execution time from 22 minutes to 5 seconds and saving the team more than 16 hours per week. I also created automations that detected recovered pipelines and automatically closed associated issues, saving approximately 50 minutes per day.

I was selected as one of two engineers from a 14-person team for a critical SQL table migration task force. I identified and root-caused discrepancies between legacy and new schemas while managing Java and Python ETL pipelines handling HR data, resolving production issues, and improving existing workflows.

I built production React forms and developed a complete reimbursement system in SharePoint.

I used AngularJS and TypeScript to deliver frontend functionality and support business workflows.
