I lead full-stack and frontend engineering delivery for Bajaj Finserv CF360, an enterprise FinTech document-management platform. I spearheaded the migration of more than 140,000 pages from Adobe Experience Manager to React 19 and Next.js 16 App Router, achieving 99.8% data integrity, zero production incidents, and 99.9% availability for more than 10,000 daily active users.
I improved frontend performance by reducing the JavaScript bundle from 2.5 MB to 1.05 MB through tree shaking, code splitting, and lazy loading. This improved the Lighthouse score from 42 to 89 and reduced average page load latency from 2.8 seconds to 0.9 seconds.
