I have worked on B2B and B2C products in e-commerce, fintech, healthcare, telecommunications, logistics, automotive, and SaaS. My experience includes UX research, journey and flow mapping, information architecture, wireframing, high-fidelity UI design, prototyping, and usability validation with real users.

I am experienced in building, evolving, and governing Design Systems to create consistent and scalable experiences across web and mobile products. I collaborate closely with product owners, developers, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary agile squads.
