HubSpot Implementation Manager

I design, implement, and optimize HubSpot CRM architectures for international clients, connecting marketing, sales, customer service, and operational processes.

I lead CRM migrations, system consolidations, automation initiatives, and white-label implementations. My client work has included ACT Dental, Smile Source, Audette, Roast and Ground, HVAC Success, PCS Instruments, Pivotl.io, CrowdPoint, Nimbus Property, and Way Trails.

I co-founded a HubSpot Solutions Partner agency focused on integrated marketing and HubSpot solutions in Chile and Brazil.

I sold and implemented HubSpot solutions for Lipigas and other companies, combining marketing strategy, CRM implementation, automation, and client delivery.

I administered multiple HubSpot accounts for the group’s companies across different business segments.

My responsibilities included data management, platform optimization, architecture improvements, configuration, and user administration.

I helped lead HubSpot architecture across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs, building pipelines and automations for multiple business lines.

I contributed to end-to-end attribution using Google Cloud, connecting website and app orders through logistics, delivery, customer satisfaction, CRM visibility, remarketing, email, and paid media. I also managed Google ecosystem campaigns, Waze Ads, and the LipiVecino Google My Business presence.

I provided remote paid media and digital marketing services through my agency, OK.Lab.

I supported HubSpot architecture, digital campaign execution, attribution, remarketing, and digital presence initiatives for Lipigas.

I established the Marketing Department and led marketing, onboarding, and HubSpot delivery for agency clients. I also initiated and led the agency’s HubSpot Solutions Partner and Google Partner certifications.

I led inbound marketing, website development, and HubSpot onboarding and architecture for Cabify Chile, including chatbots, automations, content, websites, blogs, landing pages, and lead-generation strategies. I also managed marketing and accounts for clients across publishing, events, construction, and retail sectors.

I founded Esttima and developed software and hardware for GPS collars to locate lost dogs and cats, including RFID identification capabilities.

I won the first cohort of the Lemonade startup acceleration program, received the best pitch award, secured R$250,000 in seed investment, and completed acceleration through Techmall.

I managed large and VIP client accounts after being promoted from Domains Account Manager. I achieved a 98% positive client rating against a 95% target.

My client satisfaction results contributed to the company receiving two Bronze Stevie Awards in 2013 for customer service and the use of technology in customer service.

I assessed the needs of municipalities in Minas Gerais under the Senac na Copa, Minas no Mundo program, supporting preparations related to FIFA World Cup requirements.

I also assessed and implemented improvements for municipalities pursuing tourism, local development, and other quality standards beyond FIFA-related objectives.

Postgraduate studies not completed due to relocation to Chile for a professional opportunity.
