Senior Software Engineer

I own end-to-end feature design and delivery across backend, frontend, mobile, and cloud infrastructure for a customer engagement and automation SaaS platform. I independently scope technical solutions, make architecture decisions, and ship production features for web and mobile users.

I redesigned the bulk data import pipeline to process 50,000 records in 30 minutes instead of 24 hours, reducing processing time by 96%. I also built real-time notifications using WebSockets and AWS SNS/SQS, created WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram integrations, optimized high-traffic inbox performance, and maintained serverless AWS infrastructure.
