I define and validate the zero-to-one roadmap for an AI-agent product line with 17 specialized agents and more than 180 shared tools. The platform enables customers to describe a project in chat and receive a working hosted website without human involvement.

I own the SaaS product line end to end, including OAuth2 identity, Stripe and PayPal subscriptions, usage-based billing, a 64-entity CRM, enterprise storage, and real-time messaging across 181 data models and 114 services. I sequence lean MVP releases across backend, infrastructure, and security while maintaining frequent blue-green, zero-downtime deployments.

I lead decisions on LLM infrastructure using cost and latency telemetry. A self-hosted GPU cluster reduced LLM costs by an order of magnitude, while KV-cache and routing improvements reduced conversational latency from 7.4 seconds to 0.6 seconds; LiteLLM fallbacks preserve cloud-model routing flexibility.

I hire, onboard, and lead cross-functional developers, designers, and marketers. I prioritize with KPIs and user feedback, run Agile delivery processes, communicate with stakeholders, and coach engineers on GitOps-managed model pipelines.

I reconcile agent statements and clear aged balances for more than $2 million in monthly multi-currency transactions. I match agent invoices with shipment files and rate agreements to ensure accounts reconcile in full.

My work focuses on accounts payable accuracy, balance resolution, and the validation of supporting financial and shipment documentation.

I created and managed the firm's digital marketing initiatives across brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
