Partner with stakeholders across multiple business units to deliver CRM and operational solutions for order management, invoicing, customer access, and customer communication workflows. Gather and translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business rules, and Azure DevOps work items.

Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, release validation, and stakeholder communication. Analyze current and future-state processes, perform root cause analysis across Salesforce, SAP, customer portals, and integrations, and develop Salesforce and Power BI reporting for KPI monitoring and process visibility.

Developed and maintained logistics KPI reports and created tools and dashboards to improve plant production capabilities. Designed data-validation tools to identify packaging instruction mismatches and improve data accuracy across systems.

Developed an Excel VBA application to automate replacement-label generation, reducing manual effort by approximately 99% and waste by 90%.

Designed and maintained more than five dashboards to monitor restaurant performance and operational metrics. Developed SQL queries and automated workflows to improve reporting efficiency and support business decision-making.

Identified process-improvement opportunities through data analysis and cross-functional benchmarking. Supported Salesforce reporting, customer inquiries, and DocuSign implementation.
