· Contributed to the Crisis Communication Management Guideline for Kementerian ESDM via SOP research, strategic communication research, qualitative coding, and policy documentation.

· Facilitated Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) which included preparation of research logistics, recording, note-taking, transcribing discussions and management of qualitative research data.

· Media monitoring, news clipping and issue analysis for ESDM, NPCT1 and PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas to support communication strategy.

· Executive reports, bilingual project documentation, prepared Minutes of Meeting (MoM), communication proposals, mapping of stakeholders.

· Edited, formatted, and standardized reports, presentations, and policy documents for delivery to clients and publication.

• Handled employees' cash loan data (±2,000 employees) from Kawan Lama companies’ group for Kiniflexi and Kinigajian products.

• Communicated with every single employee (during workdays) who had problems with their credit loans for both products (±270–300 employees), and followed up the issues to the customer service team.

• Acted as gatekeeper for Kinicintaku Oktober promo “Bunga bisa 0% - 7 bulan; 25-31 Oktober 2024” by coordinating timelines with the PIC regarding design, wording, promo setup, confirmation letter, and media blast that would be launched within the partnership companies (Informa, Selma).

• Ensured orders from customers who had already paid—whether from e-commerce platforms like Tokopedia, Shopee, Zalora, or monobrand platforms—were properly processed and flowed into the main system (called OMS provided by PT. GTech Digital Asia).

• Ensured that content and advertised products were appropriate and helped communicate any unintended misinformation to the content team.

• Followed up with main warehouse or stores to process orders that had already flowed into the system within 1–2 days (for Shopee), 1–3 days (for Zalora), or 4–5 days (for monobrands site).

• Followed up on the routine pickup orders from expeditions (daily), such as JNE and Shopee Express.

• The brands that being maintained and handled, which are connected to the job responsibilities described above, such as Kidz Station, Steve Madden, Payless, Staccato, Aldo, Converse, and Crocs.

• Awarded Employee of the Year 2022 for consistently ensuring smooth e-commerce order processing across multiple platforms, maintaining SLA compliance, and proactively coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and content teams during peak season.
