Worked in a 12-15 person blended Aqovia and client squad rebuilding a global data-centre provider portal into a unified enterprise SaaS platform for more than 5,000 customers. Owned cross-stack tickets spanning user management, authentication, permissions, account access, and data migration from requirements clarification through implementation, automated testing, QA, UAT, and stakeholder demonstrations.

Delivered React and LitElement frontend features, C#/.NET services, Node.js and Express APIs, Azure Functions, GraphQL and REST integrations, and Azure SQL workflows. Improved platform security by closing an authentication and authorisation gap using JWT/JWKS validation and remediating CodeQL findings; also improved reliability and observability through request cancellation, Application Insights instrumentation, dependency health endpoints, and cloud workflow diagnostics.

Built small full-stack applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and REST APIs. Applied authentication, security, object-oriented programming, and test-driven development practices.

Implemented secure browser authentication using Backend for Frontend handlers, HttpOnly cookies, JWT access tokens, one-use refresh-token rotation, replay detection, email verification, and short-lived MFA challenges. Added OpenAPI-generated contracts, focused unit and end-to-end tests, transactional-outbox processing, and architecture decision records; staff/admin features, payments, mobile, and broader end-to-end verification remain in development.
