Junior Desktop Support Technician

I am a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology graduate from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela with practical experience in desktop support and IT operations.

I have hands-on experience preparing Windows workstations for deployment, including system reimaging, application installation, updates, and production readiness checks.

I am skilled in diagnosing hardware, software, and workstation connectivity issues. My experience includes RAM installation, desktop and laptop configuration, monitor setup, and peripheral support.

I have foundational networking knowledge in LAN and IP configuration, DNS, default gateway verification, VLAN connectivity checks, and RJ45 crimping. I am comfortable documenting hostnames, MAC addresses, and IP information for IT asset records.

During my internship at VXI Global Solutions, I supported workstation deployment and technical troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment. I am a quick learner who aims to provide reliable technical assistance and maintain efficient IT operations.

I also have UI/UX design experience from my capstone project, where I designed responsive layouts and prototypes for an event management platform using Figma and Canva.
