Contributed to an enterprise Direct Debit platform, delivering mandate management, transaction processing, settlement, refunds, reversals, and approval workflows. Architected a reusable multi-bank integration framework for transfers, reversals, transaction requery, OTP, account information, name enquiry, and notifications across eight banking integration services.

Built bank-specific integration services for Moniepoint, Keystone, Fidelity, FCMB, Access, Polaris, Premium Trust, and Wema. Designed a reusable maker-checker workflow engine with role-based authorization and auditability, and implemented EMV 3DS ACS challenge capabilities, including CReq/CRes processing, multi-challenge support, rate limiting, and Redis-backed session state.

Implemented configurable OTP generation and validation, led PCI DSS security remediation and dependency upgrades, and established production observability using Micrometer, Prometheus, and Grafana. Led Java 21 migration across more than 10 services and supported Kubernetes, GitOps, and Jenkins deployments.

Designed and delivered backend services for an enterprise corporate banking platform covering payments, treasury, authentication, approval workflows, audit, reporting, and banking integrations. Built end-to-end RevPay and ISOP payment integrations for authentication, customer validation, biller and agency services, pricing, payment processing, and notifications.

Engineered a scheduled-transfer platform for daily, weekly, and monthly payments. Developed OTP/PIN, biometric challenge-response, and hardware-token authentication for single, bulk, bill-payment, and scheduled-transfer workflows.

Designed corporate audit logging across microservices with approval trails, structured activity data, old/new value tracking, and CSV/PDF exports. Implemented permission-driven approval workbenches and integrated Sterling Bank account and statement services for account information, transaction history, liquidity, cashflow, cash position, and treasury management.

Implemented Kafka-based asynchronous communication for distributed payment workflows and service integrations. Integrated fraud-detection capabilities to strengthen transaction monitoring across payment flows.

Developed backend capabilities for merchant onboarding and KYC. Supported cloud-native services using Docker, Jenkins, and Kubernetes, and implemented transaction retry and failure-handling mechanisms to improve payment-processing reliability.

Developed and maintained Java and Spring Boot backend services and REST APIs for large-scale e-commerce applications. Worked with Hibernate and multithreaded components, contributing to testing, performance, and release quality.

Authored technical documentation and participated in software engineering and fintech training initiatives.
