PMO & Delivery Leader

I lead the Project Management Office supporting four production units in the High Voltage division, governing a portfolio worth approximately USD 28 million in annual delivered value. I am accountable for portfolio health, delivery standards, escalation, executive reporting, and consistency across projects with different scales and complexity.

I lead a team of four, including three Project Managers and one Project Specialist, and manage hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, 1:1s, and capacity-based allocation. I own project intake and prioritisation, oversee governance through stage gates, change control, reporting, risk registers, and KPIs, and drive workflow automation and continuous-improvement initiatives. I have been on parental leave since Sep 2023.

Owned end-to-end delivery of client engagements valued between USD 80K and USD 500K, from pre-sales scoping and proposal development through execution, acceptance testing, and handover. Served as the primary client-facing contact while coordinating engineering, supply chain, operations, logistics, and finance teams.

Managed contingency, target margin, cost control, cash flow, invoicing, risks, milestones, and delivery KPIs. Led negotiations relating to cancellation, committed materials, mid-project changes, and cost-recovery claims, while facilitating kick-offs, steering reviews, and formal customer acceptance testing.

Managed purchase orders and vendor commitments in SAP ERP against rolling demand plans. Coordinated with global vendors on order confirmation, fulfilment, issue resolution, and material availability.

Tracked supplier performance against on-time and on-quality SLAs, investigated non-conformances, and escalated issues when necessary. Partnered with operations to resolve dependencies and secure supply against production schedules.

Managed end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound materials, outbound finished-goods dispatch, stock movement, vendor communication, delivery follow-up, and carrier coordination. Verified and processed supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods received.

Performed periodic and annual stock counts, investigated discrepancies, and prepared monthly operational data for Finance. Also worked directly on pre-assembly and electric motor assembly production lines, building practical understanding of production processes and material-flow requirements.

Self-initiated, designed, and built production applications from problem definition through working solutions used by real users. I defined business logic, data models, and user experiences, with implementation delivered through AI-assisted development.

Projects include JavaScript and Three.js configurators for steel structures and foundation quantity takeoff, a VBA cutting-stock optimisation engine that reduced calculation time by 98% and material waste by 90%, and a rules-based quoting and document-automation application. I am also developing a Next.js and React web platform of domain calculators.
