I lead the development team through Scrum practices, including sprint planning and code reviews before releases. I gather requirements with users and business units, model AS-IS and TO-BE processes, define project scope, and design system architecture and data models.

I developed the institution's website with PHP and WordPress, centralized HR workflows for leave requests, vacations, salary adjustments, employment letters, and payroll control, and built a ticketing system that managed more than 1,000 information requests during the pandemic surge.

I own freelance systems end to end, from requirements gathering and architecture through data modeling, backend and frontend development, containerization, and deployment to Linux servers. I founded Amparem Solutions to build management software for small and medium-sized businesses.

I engineered a loan management platform with idempotent payment processing, role-based access control, and a complete audit trail. I also delivered an electronic voting platform, a dental clinic management system, a sales CRM, and an AI content pipeline that generates social media drafts, routes them for approval, and converts social interactions into CRM leads.
