AI Automation Engineer

I led discovery sessions to map client processes, identify operational bottlenecks, define success criteria, and design suitable automation and AI solutions. I independently owned delivery from requirements analysis and architecture through implementation, testing, documentation, edge-case handling, and client hand-off.

I developed more than 1,000 Make.com and n8n workflows and delivered ERPNext, Shopify, CRM, KYC, invoicing, order fulfillment, inventory synchronization, HR screening, LinkedIn outreach, and sales automation systems. I built VAPI AI and Retell AI voice agents, RAG-enabled assistants, and email, WhatsApp, and SMS chatbots integrated with Twilio, OpenAI, calendars, CRMs, and DocuSign. I communicated directly with clients in the UAE, Australia, the US, and New Zealand and performed multilingual voice AI testing.

I designed and developed software solutions using Django, MySQL, Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS while following the full software development lifecycle.

I collaborated with cross-functional teams, maintained structured documentation and testing practices, and mentored junior interns to support code quality and delivery.

I prototyped IoT applications using Arduino and NodeMCU as part of a four-member team.

I contributed to smart irrigation and environmental monitoring solutions with MQTT and HTTP-based remote control capabilities.

Completed a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering. Developed academic projects in Malayalam text-to-speech, NLP, deep learning, IoT sensing, notification systems, and automation.

Completed Higher Secondary Education with 83.6%.
