Professional summary

I am a psychologist with an MSc in Consumer Behavior and Market Research from IE Business School, specializing in customer experience, qualitative research, and consumer insights.

I currently work as a Junior Customer Experience Designer at Tipti, an e-commerce grocery platform in Quito. I help improve end-to-end customer journeys by combining customer interviews, competitive analysis, benchmarking, and process mapping.

My research approach includes in-depth interviews, focus groups, ethnographic observation, survey design, and thematic analysis. I translate behavioral findings into practical recommendations that support better experiences for customers and service teams.

I have experience collaborating across customer care, finance, consulting, human resources, marketing, and business development environments. I am comfortable developing strategic presentations, analyzing KPIs, mapping operational processes, and supporting client-facing recommendations.

I am curious, analytical, and motivated by understanding why people make decisions. I am particularly interested in applying consumer behavior and wellness perspectives to business strategy, service design, and brand experiences.

I speak Spanish, English, and French, and bring an international academic background from Ecuador, Canada, and Spain.
