I supported the Santander México Financial Group implementation project for banking and brokerage operations. I contributed to the rollout of Money Market products, including PRLV and repo transactions, investment funds, and tax certificates.

I gathered requirements for enhancements, defined interfaces with Murex, OPICS, the Mexican Stock Exchange through SWIFT messaging, and other bank applications. I managed tax-certificate processing for financial products, worked with Oracle Database, optimized SQL processes, and performed database tuning through index and script improvements.

I managed application development across Mexico and Latin America for the Alvic Suite, including Back Office, Front Office, and web-based head-office functionality. I designed architecture, estimated projects, led IT teams, provided advanced support, and established information security policies.

I developed payment-terminal software in C++, data warehouses and data marts for BI reporting, and integrations with suppliers and specialized equipment. I led Scrum implementation as Product Owner, improved QA through a pre-production environment, and delivered e-invoicing solutions for Mexico and Peru with interfaces to banks, electronic wallets, SAP HR, SAT, and customer portals.

I managed software development projects, including planning, time and budget estimation, lifecycle execution, and coordination of a three-developer team.

I developed a check-management application supporting funding, check generation, printing, and cashing. I also delivered modules for bank reconciliation, loan maturity, invoicing, customer balances, accounts payable and receivable reporting, and a unified customer-record application using C#, Oracle, and PL/SQL.

I worked on assignments for Schering-Plough and Procter & Gamble using .NET and SQL Server. I gathered customer requirements and coordinated the transfer of functional information to a software factory in Argentina.

I participated in a ten-person CMMI implementation team. I helped improve software quality through UML, development and QA checklists, process controls, and customer release controls.

I participated in the development of POS, ManagePOS, and Market Information System applications for Grupo Modelo retail operations. I used Delphi, C#, SQL Server Express, Visual Basic Studio, and DB2.

The new POS solution reduced the accounting closing process to one day by reconciling inventory and sales information between stores and central systems. I also developed the Visor application and integrations with SAP and AS/400.

I led a team of project leaders, analysts, and developers, gathered customer requirements, maintained internal and commercial applications, and provided training. I also managed relationships with technology and telecommunications suppliers and supported SLA management.

I developed and implemented warehouse, purchasing, and cost modules migrated from COBOL to Delphi 7. I participated in SAP AP and SAP HR migration initiatives and in the implementation of an ERP for Bombardier's Aerospace Division in Mexico.

I worked with project leaders, analysts, and developers to gather requirements and perform cost-benefit, risk, impact, and complexity analysis. I coordinated work groups using Six Sigma, managed vendors, and defined KPIs for team performance.

I developed HR, payroll, recruitment, accounting, accounts payable, vehicle expense, and materials-management applications using ASP, HTML, and SQL Server. I also built reporting solutions, Mexico-Canada system interfaces, and a Kanban application for locomotive operations.

I developed business applications for airline ticket sales, economic information, and legal-office operations. My work included database development and reporting using SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle, Delphi, Visual Basic, and Crystal Reports.

I contributed to projects for Allegro Airline, Banco de México's economic information system, and PEMEX's legal office.

Completed a degree in Computer Systems Engineering and obtained professional qualification.
