I provide technical direction for analytics at a B2B SaaS platform serving approximately 35,000 users, covering architecture, performance, and technical proposals. I proposed and implemented end-to-end real-time notifications using SSE and Redis Pub/Sub, with company- and user-based routing from backend events to browser clients.

I reduced a critical ConnectWise analytics query from more than 18 minutes to 3.5 seconds through indexing improvements and Redis caching. I expanded integrations from two to seven platforms, built Go and Airbyte ingestion workflows for millions of records across more than 100 companies, and improved operational visibility through ETL tracking, API-permission checks, and SigNoz alerts.

I also resolved duplicate Airbyte connections caused by asynchronous retry behavior through infrastructure, timeout, and error-handling changes. I use spec-driven development and Claude Code for implementation, test generation, and AI-assisted reviews while retaining ownership of architecture and final validation.

I worked on an innovation team building a cardiology platform, with responsibility across backend development, architecture, infrastructure, and technology decisions. I built and maintained TypeScript and Node.js microservices with NestJS, PostgreSQL, gRPC, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Run.

I designed backend and Google Cloud Storage workflows for continuous ECG-file uploads and processing, enabling preliminary exam analysis in seconds. I also created a reusable Node.js and NestJS library for authentication, error handling, and shared backend patterns that was adopted by at least five microservices.

I containerized a legacy application with Docker and supported a gradual migration from a GCP VM to Cloud Run. This reduced infrastructure costs and simplified ongoing maintenance.

I contributed to Sienge, an ERP platform for the construction industry, as part of multidisciplinary engineering teams. I developed and maintained ERP features and REST APIs using Java EE, Spring, and Hibernate.

My work included accounts-payable workflows that required attention to data consistency, performance, and concurrent operations. I collaborated with product, architecture, and DevOps teams on design, implementation, automated testing, and maintenance.

I applied Clean Code principles and design patterns to extend and maintain legacy systems.

I developed and maintained automated UI, integration, unit, and performance tests using Java, Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, and TestNG. I also performed manual and exploratory testing to validate product behavior and identify quality risks.

I configured and maintained Jenkins for automated test execution. This role established my foundation in test automation, software quality, and reliable delivery practices.
