Salesforce Technical Architect

I architect and lead enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Data, Financial Services, Health, Revenue, Field Service, and CRM Analytics clouds. I design solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, MuleSoft, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven patterns. I built secure real-time integrations using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, OAuth 2.0, and Named Credentials. I also led Einstein, automation, and CRM Analytics initiatives, championed Agile DevOps maturity with Gearset, Git, Azure DevOps, and SFDX, and translated executive business vision into technical specifications, roadmaps, and architecture designs.

I developed scalable Salesforce applications for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Flow Builder. I built and maintained secure integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and MuleSoft.
