Security Engineer

Architect automated identity security workflows within the bank's identity governance platform to support organization-wide zero-trust compliance. Build Python automation suites and REST API integrations connecting Jira Service Management, CMDB, HRIS, Flexcube, and centralized IAM infrastructure.

Design identity lifecycle management data pipelines to address asset authorization visibility gaps. Conduct security assessments, system monitoring, and incident detection and resolution while collaborating across teams on network security policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards.

Led the initial design and deployment of the bank's centralized IAM platform, integrating core ITSM and HR systems to establish baseline zero-trust compliance.

Built foundational Python automation pipelines for identity lifecycle management and developed REST API integrations between the IAM platform, ITSM, HRIS, and CMDB systems. Demonstrated the viability of automated IAM workflows and was promoted to a full-time Security Engineer role.

Developed Python scripts to automate IAM processes and streamline cybersecurity governance tasks.
