QA Lead and Business Analyst

I am a QA Lead and Associate Business Analyst with more than 12 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, UAT coordination, and Agile delivery. My primary domain expertise is in LIMS and laboratory systems, particularly the Sample Movement module of e-LIMS NG.

I have spent over seven years supporting a laboratory application suite that covers sample registration, movement, testing, report generation, and invoicing. I have worked extensively on desktop-to-web migration initiatives, validating functional parity, identifying gaps, and ensuring release readiness.

I translate business requirements into user stories and product backlog items, derive requirement-based test cases, and maintain requirement-to-test traceability. I work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, development teams, and support teams to deliver high-quality software.

As a QA Lead, I have led a team of five testers and managed functional, integration, regression, sanity, migration, API, and UAT testing activities. I also have hands-on experience with defect triage, root cause analysis, post-release support, audit preparation, and CMMI process compliance.

I have performed Scrum Master responsibilities, including facilitating daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and release coordination. I use Azure DevOps for backlog administration, work tracking, defect management, reporting, and sprint progress analysis.

I am now focused on QA Lead, Senior QA, and Business Analyst opportunities within LIMS, laboratory systems, and software product environments. I bring a combination of testing leadership, business analysis, Agile process knowledge, and domain understanding.
