AI/ML Operations Expert

I am an AI/ML Operations professional with nearly three years of experience at Amazon, where I progressed from Associate to Operations Expert and Subject Matter Expert.

I support machine learning data operations by maintaining annotation quality, process compliance, and consistency with established guidelines. I perform quality checks, investigate defects and discrepancies, and contribute to corrective actions.

I guide associates on process execution, quality expectations, and issue resolution. I also help interpret process documentation accurately and support calibration, SOP updates, and process clarifications.

I am experienced in operational data tracking, defect analysis, quality metrics, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement. I use operational trackers and documentation to support monitoring and decision-making.

I hold a Master of Computer Applications degree and have foundational skills in Python, SQL, Power BI, Java, JavaScript, and web technologies. I am interested in applying AI, data, and technology to practical business problems in AI operations, business operations, data quality, and process improvement.
