Professional summary

I am an emergency response and humanitarian programs leader with more than eight years of experience in emergency cash transfer programming, disaster response, field operations, community engagement, and multi-agency coordination.

I have led national preparedness, response, recovery, and resilience operations with the Ghana Red Cross Society in collaboration with the IFRC, ICRC, government agencies, UN partners, and local communities. My experience includes flood, cholera, COVID-19, tidal wave, industrial explosion, and civil emergency responses.

I have managed a CHF 3.5 million humanitarian portfolio and coordinated large-scale operations supporting more than 300,000 disaster-affected people. I have overseen the deployment, supervision, training, and readiness of more than 350 emergency response volunteers.

I specialize in integrating emergency cash assistance into broader humanitarian delivery plans, alongside shelter, WASH, health, food security, and psychosocial support. I use field assessments, community feedback, operational reviews, and data analysis to prioritize assistance and improve response quality.

I also bring experience in humanitarian research, client intake, resource mobilization, partnership development, technical reporting, and program evaluation. I am available for short-notice international emergency deployments, including high-pressure and resource-limited settings, as well as remote response coordination.
