In my current role as a Finance Staff member at PT Medquest Mitra Indonesia, I develop long-term financial plans, revenue forecasts, COGS models, consolidated budgets, and management reporting. I support leadership decision-making through financial insights, cash-flow monitoring, liquidity planning, and actual-versus-budget analysis.
I have practical entrepreneurial experience as a franchise business operator, where I managed sales, payroll, recruitment, team performance, customer insights, and digital campaigns.
